Roofing Services La Nucía
Villas on the hillsides above the coast were often built in the same decade, so their roofs wear out in the same way. We know where to look first, and we decide with you between a repair and a fuller renewal.
Drive through one of the urbanisations here and you see rows of villas of similar age, each with a pitched clay tile roof. Because those roofs were laid at roughly the same time and in the same style, their weaknesses tend to be shared.
The tiles themselves often outlast what lies beneath them. The felt or underlay under the tiles is the layer that dries out, cracks and lets water through, long before the tiles look tired from the street.
That is why a roof here can seem fine and yet leak in the first big storm of autumn. Our job is to find out which layer has failed and to recommend a proportionate answer.
