You have helped us transform our apartment from an old fashioned 1970s to a bright new 2015 modern apartment that we are now proud to have friends come and stay. From our initial meeting, we felt complete confidence in you, you told us what we could achieve, within our budget, and you sorted out the town hall with planning permission, upgraded our electricity and dealt with the authorities, even introducing us to your lawyer to sort out legal paperwork. You took us to all of the suppliers to pick all of the lighting, kitchen and wall tiles, the kitchen company to choose our design, carpenter for all of our handmade wardrobes and cupboards even helping us with our new Satellite TV system. All of the workmen were professional, very polite and their workmanship has been second to none. You kept us up to date, via Skype while we were in the UK on a weekly basis, sent pictures, and discussed queries that we had. Peter and his team have transformed my 1970’s apartment, the quality of the work speaks for itself as you can see in the photographs. Besides finding a quality builder the next thing we had to consider was a reliable builder as we still live in the UK for most of the year. Peter has had the keys to my apartment for the past 12 months and I have found him to be very very reliable. He has kept in regular contact through WhatsApp with video calls, photographs and regular telephone conversations. I would recommend Peter to anyone considering updating their home and especially to anyone like me who lives in another country and must trust the builder with the keys to your home whilst you are many miles away. An Amazing Thank You to Dragonreforms, for my completely reformed bathroom as seen from the photos. Mr Peter Hill helped me with the redesigning the bathroom from the new water lines and drainage so allowing all the facilities sink toilet and bespoke shower tray and fixed glass panel to be installed. He helped me chose the tiles (Colours and sizes), vanity unit sink/mirror and utilities through his local suppliers giving me an excellent and easy service. We would like to thank you and your team for all the hard work you put in renovating our apartment. What an excellent job. Purchasing property is stressful enough but when it's in another country and you do not speak the language and wanting to do a renovation project we don't know how we would have managed without you. We saw your advertisement in the local free paper and you came to see us and gave us a quotation within 48 hours. We knew from the beginning we could trust you and you didn't let us down. Taking us to your suppliers to choose Bathrooms, Kitchen units and tiles etc was invaluable, we got exactly what we wanted. We were also impressed with our weekly email photo updates and follow up Skype video chats. This was a great way to keep in touch and discuss any problems that occurred especially as we were in the UK at the time you were doing the work We appreciate how quickly you did the work in just over 5 weeks and it was nice to meet Jose the carpenter and his father who put the finishing touches to the kitchen when we came over to Spain for the hand over You are a true professional Peter and we have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone in the future and many thanks one more time and we wish you continuing success with your business in the future.
