Questions We Get Asked
Does a quotation cost anything?
No. We come and look at the property, talk through what you want and give you a detailed quotation, free and with no obligation to go ahead. Easy payment terms are arranged once a quotation is accepted.
Do I need to speak Spanish?
No. Project management is in English and Spanish, and you deal with one point of contact from the first visit to the final handover rather than being passed between trades.
I am not in Spain at the moment.
That is normal here. Send photographs or a video walk-through on WhatsApp and we can talk through the job from there — keys have been held and projects run for owners who were in another country throughout.
Is the job too small to bother you with?
Probably not. The work ranges from a full villa or finca renovation down to a single bathroom, a set of fitted wardrobes, damp proofing or an air-conditioning install. Ask and we will tell you either way.
Do you handle the paperwork?
Where a project needs them, the services of technical architects and the water and electrical certificates can be arranged as part of the work rather than left with you to chase.
