Kitchen Renovations Benidorm
In Benidorm the kitchen is usually a small room high up in a busy block, and that shapes how the whole job is planned before a single unit is ordered.
Most of the Benidorm kitchens we are asked about sit in apartments: compact rooms, often galley-shaped, with a window onto a light well or a balcony door alongside. There is rarely a spare centimetre, so the design stage is mostly about what to keep, what to shrink and what to remove altogether.
Building access matters as much as the layout. Lifts, shared corridors and loading arrangements decide how units, worktops and appliances reach the flat, and the old kitchen has to leave the same way. We plan deliveries and strip-out around the block instead of discovering its limits on the day.
Older homes in the old town are a different job, with uneven walls and services that have been altered more than once. In both cases the plumbing, electrics, tiling and painting are done by our own people, and owners who live abroad receive photographs as the work moves along.
