Albir is on the coast and Alfaz del Pi is a little up the hill, and between them they offer a good cross-section of what people own on this stretch. There are apartments and low-rise developments within reach of the seafront, and villas on the slopes with views over the bay. Many are owned by people from northern Europe who have been coming for years and are ready to put the property right.

Villas in the hills have terraces, steps and boundary walls, and they all need attention eventually. Sun fades the paint, rain finds weak joints, and slopes direct water where it is not wanted.
A villa renovation in the hills therefore covers the outside as well: rendering, painting, terrace surfaces, and drainage if it has been neglected. Doing so alongside the interior means the whole property is finished at the same time.
Owners who live elsewhere usually appreciate not having to return to deal with the outside as a separate project later.

The programme follows building order, and owners abroad receive photographs and phone updates. A walk-through before handover lets us put right anything that is not as agreed.
