A proper plan avoids the extension-lead problem. We look at how you live, then add circuits and sockets to suit, rather than patching one fault at a time.
Resilience
People who live here year-round tend to think harder about resilience. An outage that would be a minor annoyance on holiday becomes more serious when the house is your home, and you work, cook and keep medication in it.
Backup solutions can keep chosen circuits, such as lighting, internet or a fridge, running. Solar can reduce what you draw from the grid and sits well alongside a backup system, though it is not right for every house.

Villas, apartments and hills
Apartments near the seafront need tidy, discreet work and respect for neighbours. Boards, sockets and lighting can be upgraded with minimal disruption, and balconies need properly weatherproofed fittings.
Villas in the hills have gardens, pools and sometimes gates and garages. Outdoor power, lighting and an EV charger can all be planned together, so the cabling is installed once.
