How it works
If you are in Spain we come and measure; if not, a video call and your photographs get us started. Next you receive a layout with a written quotation, free of charge, and the suppliers can show you samples before you decide.
From there the room is stripped, serviced, plastered, tiled and fitted in the usual order, and photographs arrive at each stage. A guarantee covers the work, and your quotation explains where it starts and stops. Conversation in either language is no trouble.

Yes. A programme is agreed around your bookings, finishes are chosen to last, and you hear quickly if the schedule is at risk, so the flat is ready for the first guests. That keeps surprises to a minimum for everyone.
