Solar Panels & EV Chargers Villajoyosa
Villajoyosa is a working Spanish town as well as a seaside one. Its mix of tightly packed townhouses, seafront flats and inland villas means roofs, shade and parking vary street by street.
Many homes in Villajoyosa are built close together, with neighbours' walls and roofs rising on every side. For solar, that makes shade the central question: a roof that looks sunny at midday can be darkened by the next building for much of the morning or evening.
The town is lived in all year, and residents use their homes in ordinary ways. Some work from home, others are retired, and many have cars that need a regular place to charge, often in tight streets where off-street parking is scarce.
Away from the centre, villas on inland urbanisations offer more roof and room. We look at each type honestly and tell you which of them could usefully take solar or a charger, and which would not. We say so early if a street or roof makes a system impractical, which saves your time.
