Extensions & New Builds Polop
Polop is a small inland village, and building in it is a quieter, more personal affair. Narrow lanes, older walls and neighbours who know each other shape how an extension should be done.
Polop has older houses around its centre, many with thick walls, tiled roofs and little outdoor space. Villas stand on the slopes around, with more room but longer approaches. Each type has a distinct way of growing.
In the village, the options for extra space are limited by the house itself. Rooms may be added at the back, above, or by using a patio. Whatever the route, the neighbours on either side will be affected, and we plan with that in mind.
Outside the village the picture is more open, with garden extensions and new houses on larger plots. We take the same careful approach to each: examine the structure, check the access, and say plainly what looks possible.
