Dragon Reforms has been renovating property on the north Costa Blanca for more than twenty years — complete renovations, bespoke kitchens and bathrooms, and the maintenance that keeps a Spanish property in good order.
Working with established local companies and suppliers, we take care of the whole project rather than handing you between trades. Builders, electricians, plumbers, painters, plasterers, carpenters and kitchen and bathroom fitters all work to the same standard and to the same programme, so what you asked for is what gets built.
Where a project needs them, the services of technical architects and the water and electrical certificates can be arranged as part of the work. Complete renovations are undertaken for resale and rental property as well as for owners staying put.

Old Stone, Brought Back
A finca is a different job from an apartment. The walls move, the levels are rarely square, and half the work is deciding what to keep. We restore what is worth restoring and rebuild what is not, then bring the services, insulation and drainage up to modern standard behind it.
Pools, terraces and outbuildings come as part of the same project rather than as a separate trade to chase.
