Finca Reforms in Finistrat. During the last twenty years we have completed a number of renovation projects in Finistrat. Using all our suppliers and contacts for plumbing, carpenters, builders, electricians, plasters, painters. We have installed and fitted many complete kitchens ,bathrooms in many homes. We have built small extensions installed many wooden,PVC and aluminium windows and doors. Built wardrobes, internal doors,tiled floors plaster / painted interior and exterior walls. Also completed full and partial installations for electrics (with upgrades where required) and water piping with drainage to change old and create new installations. Recently we worked on renovating the house

To install a large bespoke plywood varnished kitchen to be fitted into the newly constructed house in Finistrat. The kitchen refit consisted of building the kitchen units from scratch to the new designs from pre-vanished plywood sheets. We had to install granite in the kitchen section of the house to the kitchen tops and the walls in between the top and bottom units. Also install granite in the Bar section of the house of the bar tops and the walls in between the top and bottom units and granite to the BBQ section, the utility room and for the tops of the bathroom units x 2. Also part of this kitchen refit we redesigned the water and electrical layout to the main kitchen and bar area. We installed all the appliances and the industrial oven.

To repair the wooden frame work for the stairs and the top landing and to sand down the top surface of the stairs and re tint (wash) the colour back into the existing wooden landing from the stairs to the bathroom 75 M/2 in total. We also installed the new upstairs bathroom as part of the bathroom refit to the house.
