Peter Hill who has lived and worked in Spain for over 20 years. The company ethos offers

We never cut corners and ONLY offer proper professional working practices that comply
with local planning regulations and abide by the laws of Spain. ALL our workers and
contractors are experienced, professional and individually chosen to bring the expertise to
each project we undertake. We rarely if ever employ British builders, preferring to use a
local workforce who are qualified in Spain to complete building projects. This is especially
true when employing gas fitters and electricians who MUST be registered to legally
complete such work in Spain.
When required we always apply for the correct planning permissions and licences
ensuring that all works are signed off correctly by your local town hall. We also have
access to registered technical architects and surveyors

across the region including local towns such as Alfaz del Pi, Albir, Altea. La Nucia and
Polop. Plus Callosa de en Sarria, Finestrat and Villajoyosa.
